Wardoo St to Uni

This part of the trip is very obvious, as it is still a walkway.

[Photo placeholder: entrance to the walkway to Griffith Uni, just south of the Johnson St/Wardoo St traffic lights, May 2013]

[Photo placeholder: further down the path, circa 2004]

[Photo placeholder: long slow rise toward Smith St, circa 2004]

[Photo placeholder: approximately where the blue line starts, circa 2004 – light rail has since destroyed this section]

[Photo placeholder: just west of the Smith St/Parkland Drive traffic lights, circa 2004 – now gone, destroyed by light rail]

[Photo placeholder: light rail now passing over the section that went out to Smith Street, 2013]

[Photo placeholder: light rail infrastructure – “lucky it isn’t heavy rail”]

Obvious path: the Light Rail project has removed some of the western end of this pathway, but from the Wardoo/Johnson St intersection there is a lovely cutting and well-defined path running up to the Smith St Motorway. The path is a walkway to Griffith University.
